1. Service Agreement
By signing up for service, the customer agrees to allow Dirty Pet Deeds to access the property for scheduled pet waste removal services. The customer confirms they have the authority to approve services at the property.
2. Service Schedule
Services are provided on a weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time basis as agreed upon.
Service days may vary due to weather, holidays, or route changes.
Missed services due to weather or unsafe conditions will be rescheduled.
3. Property Access
Gates must be unlocked and accessible on service day.
If access is not available, a service fee may still apply.
Aggressive or unsecured dogs must be kept inside during service.
4. Pet Safety
We prioritize safety. If a pet is deemed aggressive or unsafe, service may be skipped without refund.
The customer is responsible for informing us of any known hazards or pet behavior concerns.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance or on the agreed billing schedule.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or card
Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Initial Cleanup
First-time cleanups (especially heavily soiled yards) may require an additional fee.
Pricing is based on yard condition and number of pets.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service at any time with at least 72-hour notice.
No refunds for services already completed.
Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
8. Weather & Conditions
Services may be delayed due to extreme weather (snowstorms, heavy rain, unsafe conditions).
In winter, snow coverage may limit full cleanup; service will resume fully once conditions allow.
9. Liability
Dirty Pet Deeds is not responsible for damage to lawns, gates, or property due to normal service operations.
Customer agrees to maintain safe conditions (clear hazards, secure fencing, etc.).
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
11. Waste Disposal
Waste will be double-bagged and placed in the customer’s trash unless otherwise agreed.
12. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct.
